You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return. To be eligible, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.

Include your order number and reason for return. Once your request is approved, you will receive instructions on how to proceed.

Refunds

After we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval status.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you need an exchange, contact us with photos of the issue for a quick resolution.

Return Shipping
